Every Monday I will post something related to babies: inspiration, craft projects, baby news, and discoveries I have made in this new and exciting world for me. I hope you come along on that rollercoaster ride with me.

I know you are going to hate me, but I have to show you nevertheless what I found in my favourite thrift shop on the weekend.
I found them on a box on the floor, almost covered by an ugly plush rabbit and a towel with holes. What a luck that there the checked coat was peering from underneath. I got the whole box with more than 20 pieces – dresses, coats, pullovers, pants, skirts and even shoes – for EUR 15. At home I discovered that my sense of proportion isn’t as bad as I thought – most of the clothes fit the baby doll which I already bought for my little one’s first birthday. I still cannot believe my luck.
What really strikes me the most is how much effort someone put into making those doll clothes. They are all incredible detailed, have tiny little buttons, braiding, lining, borders etc. Some of them will be too fiddly for my little one to put on the doll herself for a very long time, so I guess they will end up as a decorative object on my wall. What a tragedy ;-)
